Our Espetada consists of meat cubes carefully selected and served on a spit, seasoned with salt, garlic and bay leaves. It is our menu´s main dish.

Milho Frito

It is Madeira´s most famous side dish, prepared with corn flour, chopped cabbage, salt, olive oil and savory that after baked is served fried.

Bolo do Caco

Madeira´s more traditional type o bread and truly unique in the world, made with sweet potato and served with the traditional garlic butter.
